REGLEMENTS

Procédures d'adhésions et règlements pour les régions qui participeront au championnat provincial.
Les régions suivantes sont reconnues comme région établie :

Estrie (EST) Montréal(MTL) , (LAURENTIDE/RIVE NORD-(LAU/RN) Mauricie (MAU), Gatineau-Outaouais (GO), Québec (QUE), Saguenay (SAG), Centre du Québec (CDQ)


Pour se qualifier, une région doit remplir les conditions suivantes :

1.Une nouvelle région doit être acceptée par le comité exécutif de l'A.D.Q. et les limites territoriales telles qu'établies par le Ministère des Loisirs, Chasse et Pêche (voir la carte du gouvernement) avec les changements nécessaires pour les régions suivantes : SAG, MTL.

2.Chaque région pourra envoyer un nombre illimité de joueurs au Championnat Provincial. (Aout 2012.)

3. La région enverra un montant de $115.00 par joueur pour l’enrégistrement et $5.00 par joueur pour les bourses en double pour un total de : $120.00 par joueur. Ce montant ne comprend pas le cout de la carte de membre qui est de : $25.00. Total : $145.00 par joueur. Un joueur qui choisira de ne pas participer aux tournois régionaux de sa région pourra s’enregistrer directement au bureau de l’ADQ à la date limite qui lui sera accordée par l’ADQ. Le joueur devra payer le montant de $25. 00 pour sa carte de membre et $120.00 (total $145.00) pour son enregistrement au provincial et il participera au tournoi en simple seulement au Provincial. 3.1 Les régions doivent envoyer leur cotisation d'inscription au bureau de l’ADQ par transfert bancaire dans le compte de l'Association de Dards du Québec pour la date limite, qui leur sera accordée par l’ADQ. La liste finale de classement des joueurs qualifiés doit être envoyée au bureau pour la même date. Les joueurs non enregistrés à cette date n’auront pas le droit de participer au Tournoi Provincial. 

3.2 Les enregistrements qui seront soumis à l’Association par les régions pour couvrir les frais d’entrées des joueurs au Championnat Provincial ne seront pas remboursables dans l’événement qu’un joueur ne puisse pas participer.

​3.2.1Un montant de 50.00 $ de frais et un montant de 10.00 $ par jour sera imposé à toutes régions qui ne respecte pas la date limite des enregistrements des joueurs.

4.Une région pourra avoir cinq (5) tournois de qualifications ou il n'y a pas de limite du nombre de participants. Ces tournois auront lieu le deuxième samedi de Septembre, le premier samedi d’Octobre, le premier Samedi de Novembre le premier samedi de Décembre, le deuxième samedi de Janvier OU le dimanche suivant ces samedis sur approbation du comité exécutif.( TOUTES LES REGIONS DOIVENT RESPECTER CES DATES)(Avril 2016)

4.1 Toutefois, les régions ont le droit de décider du nombre de tournois de qualifications régionaux qu'ils veulent organiser, au moins un (1) obligatoire, tout en respectant les cinq (5) dates établies par l'A.D.Q.

5.Les cartes de membres sont requises pour tous les joueurs. Si un joueur (euse) n'a pas payé sa carte (F.N.D.C. Québec), il se verra refusé le droit de participer. Cependant, si les cartes ne sont pas disponibles à ce moment, le joueur (euse) DOIT payer sa carte et un reçu lui sera remis en attendant que les cartes soient disponibles. Le coût des cartes est de $25.00 pour l'année (carte adulte ou jeune). (Mars 2010)

Un joueur (euse) ne sera pas refusé le droit de participer s'il n'a pas sa carte sur lui en autant qu'il l'ait payé.

5.1Les cartes de membre doivent être signées par le directeur régional respectif, l’assistant directeur ou par un membre de l'exécutif de l'Association de Dards du Québec.

5.1.1Un montant de 50.00 $ de frais et un montant de 10.00 $ par jour sera imposé à toutes les régions qui ne respecte pas la date limite du retour des cartes de membres. Un montant de $ 25.00 par carte de membre sera imposé à chaque région qui ne retourne pas le montant total de cartes qui lui seront remise par l’ADQ.

5.2PROCÉDURE DISCIPLINAIRE

TOUTE PERSONNE INSCRITE À UN ÉVÉNEMENT SANCTIONNÉ PAR L'A.D.Q. OU POUR TOUTE REPRÉSENTATION DANS UNE ÉQUIPE DE L'A.D.Q. DOIT SE PRÉSENTER À CET ÉVÉNEMENT, SI NON, ELLE EST PASSIBLE D'UNE SUSPENSION D'UN AN À TOUTES LES ACTIVITÉS SANCTIONNÉES PAR L'A.D.Q.....

LES SEULES RAISONS QUI SERONT ACCEPTÉES SONT : LA MALADIE, LE TRAVAIL OU AUTRES RAISONS VALABLES PAR APPROBATION DE L'EXÉCUTIF. 

6.Tous les tournois de qualification auront lieu dans les limites géographiques de la région, dans un établissement membre-club de l'A.D.Q.. Si possible, dans un local différent pour les cinq (5) tournois. Un régional peut se dérouler hors des limites géographiques d'une région seulement dans un cas extrême et sur approbation du comité exécutif.

6.1Tous les joueurs doivent participer dans la région que lui confère son adresse sur sa carte de membre. Si un joueur accepte de jouer dans une nouvelle région suite à un déménagement, les points accumulés dans sa région initiale seront annulés. La Fédération nationale permet maintenant qu’un joueur qui demeure près des frontières puisse jouer dans la province de son choix avec entente entre les deux directeurs provinciaux.

6.1.1Les joueurs qui demeurent sur une frontière de la province de Québec dans une autre province pourront jouer au Québec avec l’accord des exécutifs des deux provinces. Ils ont le droit de participer au Provincial de seulement une Province. Ceci est aussi applicable aux joueurs qui doivent jouer dans une autre région que la leur due à des raisons spécifiques, exemple : un joueur qui travaille dans une autre région, ou un joueur que le partenaire a physiquement déménagé dans une autre région, le tout par approbation des deux directeurs.

7.Un tournoi de qualification pourra avoir deux (2) compétitions pour les hommes et pour  
les femmes

7a :La compétition en simple est obligatoire à chaque régional.

7b : La compétition en double peut être jouée, mais ceci à la discrétion du Directeur Régionale.

LES CINQ TOURNOIS DOIVENT SUIVRE EXACTEMENT LE MEME FORMAT.

7.1Le tournoi en simple doit être un tournoi à la ronde (sections hommes et sections femmes), suivi d'une ronde en élimination ayant un maximum de 16 joueurs(euses).

7.2Le tournoi en double doit être un tournoi à la ronde (sections hommes et sections femmes), suivi d'une ronde en élimination ayant un maximum de huit (8) équipes.

Il n'y aura pas de changement de partenaire dans les tournois en double. Si un changement devient nécessaire, tous les points accumulés antérieurement à ce changement deviennent nul et non avenu.
Si un joueur ne pouvait pas participer au tournoi en double au Championnat Provincial, il devrait jouer seulement en simple dans ses tournois régionaux. 

7.3Tous les tournois de qualification suivront les règlements et conditions tels que spécifiés dans le livret de la Fédération Nationale de Dards du Canada.

7.3.1." LE COACHING" ne sera pas permis durant les événements, aux tournois sanctionnés par l'A.D.Q. ; ni par les personnes autour ou les spectateurs dans la salle.
Durant les événements en doubles, un joueur (euse) peut demander de l'aide de son partenaire en reculant de la ligne de jeu ; le partenaire ne doit pas s'avancer à la ligne de jeu si son aide n'est pas demandé.

7.3.2 Si un joueur ne joue pas à son tour durant un match le pointage et tout autre pointage additionnel enregistré après ce tour devra être considéré nul. Le jeu continuera dans le bon ordre débutant avec le joueur qui devait lancer avant que l’erreur est eut lieu

8.POINTAGE

8.1Les points seront accordés au joueur dans les tournois en SIMPLES, selon leur classement après la ronde éliminatoire, maximum de seize (16) hommes et seize (16) femmes. LES RÉGIONS QUI JOUENT 

LES TOURNOIS EN DOUBLE DOIVENT ACCORDER LES POINTS AUX PREMIERS HUIT (8) ÉQUIPES (HOMMES ET FEMMES) SELON LEUR CLASSEMENT APRES LA RONDE ÉLIMINATOIRE.

LE RESTE DES JOUEURS QUI PARTICIPENT AUX TOURNOIS AURONT, AUTOMATIQUEMENT, 2 POINTS POUR AVOIR PARTICIPÉ.

 8.3Chaque directeur régional doit retourner ses formules dûment remplies après le dernier tournoi de qualification régional au bureau de l'A.D.Q.

  9.Pour qualifier les joueurs au Championnat Provincial :

       1 .La région prendra les points accumulés pendant les cinq tournois en simple (homme et femmes)      pour déterminer leur équipe.  Meilleurs pointage de 4 régional sur 5

OU

       2. La région prendra les premières DEUX (2) ou les premières QUATRE (4) ÉQUIPES  (Laisser à la discrétion de la région) en double suivit par ceux qui sont qualifiés en simple.

       3. Le Directeur Régional sera responsable du placement en équipe de ses joueurs au Championnat Provincial. Si un joueur n’a pas de partenaire pour jouer en double au Championnat Provincial, l’ADQ lui permettra de jouer avec un joueur d’une autre région.

Si après le dernier tournoi régional il y a égalité, le positionnement final sera déterminé par une partie de 01 soit 200 points de plus que pendant le tournoi. Tous les joueurs en égalité, doivent jouer simultanément sur la même cible

9.1Les seize (16) premières positions (hommes et femmes) dans le "classement du Québec" ont le droit de participer directement au Championnat Provincial en simple sans avoir passer par les tournois de qualification. Ils devront alors s'inscrire avec leur directeur régional respectif pour la date limite.  Ces joueurs seront ajoutés dans les sections comme "Joueur indépendant".


10. . Pour le Championnat Provincial le code d'habillement, tel qu'écrit par l'A.D.Q., sera en vigueur. Aucun avertissement ne sera donné. La personne sera avertie de l'infraction et sera disqualifiée de cet événement.

11.CARTE DE MEMBRE A VIE

Les nominations doivent être remises pour le mois de février pour pouvoir les présenter au Championnat Provincial.

    -Doit être membre en règle pendant une période de cinq (5) ans.
    -Doit être membre en règle présentement.
    -Son bénévolat doit avoir été fait pour le sport de dards pendant une période de cinq . (5ans)
    -Les nominations seront discutées à la réunion du conseil exécutif et passées au vote
       avec majorité des 2/3

     - Un maximum de deux (2) cartes par année pourront être émises.

    -Si une carte est présentée à un joueur (joueuse) ; il devra avoir été représentant dans notre province pour une période d'au moins cinq (5) ans et avoir un record impeccable et des très bons résultats.

12.RÈGLEMENTS DU BRIS D'ÉGALITÉ

Les règlements officiels du bris d'égalité, tel qu'écrit par la F.N.D.C.

13.REGLEMENT DE SÉCURITÉ

Dans le but d'éviter les accidents et pour la sécurité des joueurs, TOUTES LES CIBLES DE DARDS DOIVENT AVOIR UN MINIMUM DE CINQ (5) PIEDS ENTRE LES CENTRES-BULL.

Ce règlement s'appliquera pour les tournois de qualifications régionaux, les championnats provinciaux, et tous les événements sanctionnés par l'A.D.Q

14  GÉRANT ÉQUIPE QUÉBEC

Le gérant d’Équipe Québec doit être parfaitement bilingue, et doit avoir une connaissance complète des règlements de la N.D.F.C

15-   TOURNOIS SANCTIONNÉS DE L’ADQ

Tous les tournois ouverts qui sont sanctionnés par l'Association de Dards du Québec suivront les règlements de cette Association (article 7.3).  

16-SI LE TEMPS LE PERMET - RÈGLEMENT

Si le temps le permet, il y aura une ronde éliminatoire au Championnat Provincial pour déterminer les positions ‘9 – 16’. 

Dans l’événement que le temps ne nous permet pas de jouer la ronde éliminatoire, voici la marche à suivre :

  Le premier remplaçant sera le Champion-championne Provincial de l’année précédente pourvu qu’elle ou lui se retrouve parmi les 9 à 16, sinon, les positions 9 – 16 seront déterminer d’après la position du joueur sur la Liste de Pointage Provincial. Si nous ne pouvons pas trouver un remplaçant dans les 9 a 16, nous irons aux positions 17-32 et le premier remplaçant sera aussi le Champion-championne provincial de l’année précédente pourvu qu’elle ou lui se retrouve parmi les positions 17-32, sinon, nous irons à la liste de pointage. 

17.CLUB MEMBRE

L’adhésion du club au sein de l’A.D.Q. est ouverte à tous clubs au Québec tel que décrit dans l’article 4.5 de la Constitution.

17.1  Un Club Membre est un endroit ou un commerce qui s’implique dans le sport de dards, soit par la participation ou la distribution du jeu. Il appui le sport financièrement par sa souscription et affiche toutes publicitées que l’Association de Dards du Québec lui fait parvenir.

17.2  L’A.D.Q. est responsable de protéger chaque date de tournoi des Clubs Membres sur le calendrier et de donner une garantie à chaque club membre qu’aucun autre tournoi aura lieu la même journée, avec exception comme suit :

17.2.1L’Association de Dards du Québec inscrira deux (2) tournois à la même date sur le calendrier seulement s’il y a une distance de 3 heures et plus entre les deux Clubs.

17.2.2 Tous les tournois sanctionnés par L’A.D.Q. et les tournois qui ont une durée d’une fin de semaine seront une exception à l’article 17.2.1.

17.2.3 Les non membres auront le droit de faire des tournois dans un club membre de l’ADQ en même temps qu’un tournoi de pointage, cela ne dérangera pas rien si les organisateurs ne sont pas membres de l’ADQ. ( 13 Aout, 2013)

17.3Les Clubs Membres qui ne respectent pas ces règlements pourront se trouver face à une suspension de leur Club (voir article 4.6 de la Constitution) et si les organisateurs du tournoi sont membres de l’Association, ils seront aussi sujets à une suspension.

18.Les membres d’un comité régional (directeurs et assistants) ne peuvent pas être membres d’une autre Association de dards pendant qu’ils représentent l’ADQ, cela serait un conflit d’intérêt. Août 2008

19 :  LE JOUEUR-JOUEUSE QUI ACCUMULERA LE PLUS DE POINTS DANS TOUT LES TOURNOIS EN SIMPLE SANCTIONNES PAR L’ADQ RECEVRA UN MONTANT DE $300.00 QUI LUI SERA REMIS AU CHAMPIONNAT PROVINCIAL. CECI NE COMPREND PAS LES TOURNOIS REGIONAUX.

BYE-LAWS

Procedures and eligibility for Regions to adhere to the Quebec Provincial Championship.
The following regions are recognized as established regions:

 Est du Quebec (EDQ), Estrie (EST), , LAU/ Rive Nord(,RN) Montreal (MTL) Mauricie (MAU), Outaouais (OUT), Gatineau(GAT) Quebec (QUE), Saguenay (SAG).Centre du Quebec (CDQ),  

To qualify, a region must meet the following conditions:

1.A new region must be approved by the Executive Committee and will accept territorial boundaries as defined by the Ministère des Loisirs, Chasse et Pêche (see government regional maps), with the necessary changes for the following regions: SAG, MTL.

2.Each region will be allowed to send a unlimited amount of players to the Provincial Championship.

3.The region must send the amount of $130.00 for the registration of their players and an amount of $5.00 for the doubles prize money for a total of $135.00. This amount does not include the cost of the membership card which is: $25.00. Total: $160.00. A player who chooses not to participate in the regional qualifiers may register with the QDA office, he or she must send the amount of $25.00 for their membership card and $135.00 for their registration into the Provincials. These players will play in singles only. This must be received by the same deadline date set for the region. (APRIL 2016) 

3.1 The regions must send their inscription fees by cheque, money order or bank order to the   office of the Quebec Dart Association by the Deadline date granted to them by the QDA. The player’s final positioning list must also be forwarded to the office by THIS DATE, for seeding purposes at the Provincial tournament. Players not registered by this date will not be permitted to play in the Provincial Tournament.

3.2 Registrations submitted by the regions to the Association to cover player’s entry fees at the Provincial Championships will not be refunded in the event that a player is unable to participate.

3.2.1An amount of 50.00 $ plus 10.00 $ per day will be imposed to all regions that do not respect the Deadline date for registration of their players.

4.A region may have five (5) regional qualifiers where any number of players may participate. These tournaments will be held on the 2nd Saturday of September, the first Saturday of October, the first Saturday of November, the first Saturday of December, and the second Saturday of January OR on the Sunday following these Saturdays upon acceptance of the Executive Committee. (THESE DATES MUST BE RESPECTED BY ALL REGIONS.) (APRIL 2016)

4.1However, the regions have the right to decide the number of qualifying tournaments that they wish to organize, a minimum of one (1), but they must respect the dates established by the Q.D.A.


5.Membership cards are required by all players. If a player has not paid for his/her membership card (N.D.F.C. Quebec), he/she will be refused the right to participate. However, if the cards are not available at that time, the player must pay for his/her card and then will be given a receipt until such time as the cards become available. The cost of these cards is $25.00 per year as of 2010. (adult or youth)

A player will not be refused the right to participate if he/she does not have their card available for presentation, as long as the card has been paid for.

5.1Membership cards can only be signed by the appropriate regional director, assistant director, OR an executive member of the Quebec Dart Association.

5.1.1A fine of 50.00 $ plus the amount of 10.00 $ per day will be imposed to all regions that do not respect the Deadline date for returning their membership cards. The amount $12.00 per card will also be imposed to all regions that do not return the total amount of membership cards that where issued to them by the QDA.




   5.2SUSPENSION RULE

ALL PERSONS REGISTERED FOR AN EVENT SANCTIONED BY THE QUEBEC DART ASSOCIATION OR FOR ANY REPRESENTATIVES WHO ARE TO PLAY ON A QUEBEC TEAM MUST PRESENT THEMSELVES AT THE ESTABLISHED EVENT IF NOT THEY WILL BE LIABLE FOR A SUSPENSION OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM ALL ACTIVITIES SANCTIONED BY THE QUEBEC DART ASSOCIATION.

THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS WILL BE: SICKNESS, WORK, OR OTHER VALID REASONS WITH APPROVAL FROM THE EXECUTIVE.(11-03-95)

6.All regional qualifiers must be held within the regions geographical boundaries and in an establishment, which is a Club Member of the Q.D.A. If possible, the five tournaments should be held in five (5) different places. A regional could be held outside of the geographical limits of a region only in an extreme case and only if accepted by the Executive Committee.

6.1All players must play in the region, which corresponds to the address on his membership card. If a player moves to a new region and accepts to participate in this new region, all points previously accumulated will be annulled. NDFC has now allowed that players who live near borders of Provinces may play in either Province upon understanding between the 2 Provincial Directors.

6.1.1Players residing on a boarder of the province of Quebec in another province could play in Quebec with the approval of the two provincial executives. They may only participate in one of the Provinces. This may also apply to players that reside in another region than their own for specific reasons, example: A player that is working in another region, or if a player’s partner has physically moved to another region, this with the approval of the two Regional Directors

7. A regional qualifier could consist of two (2) events for both men and women.  

7 a:The singles event is mandatory at each regional qualifier

7 b:A doubles event may be played, this will be left to the discretion of the Regional director

ALL FIVE REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS MUST BE RUN IN EXACTLY THE SAME MANNER.

7.1The singles event must be a round robin tournament (men and women sections), followed by the elimination round with a maximum of 16 players (16 men and 16 women).

7.2The doubles event must be a round robin tournament (men and women sections), followed by the elimination round with a maximum of eight (8) teams.

There will be NO changing of partners in the doubles events. If a change of partners becomes necessary, all points accumulated prior to the change will be null and void

If a player knows that he/she will not be able to participate in the doubles event at the Provincial Championships, he/she should ONLY play in the singles event at his/her regional tournaments.

7.3All regional qualifying tournaments will follow the rules and regulations as specified by the National Dart Federation of Canada.

7.3.1  NO COACHING from the audience or anyone else will be allowed in any singles event in tournaments sanctioned by the Q.D.A. When playing doubles, a player may ask advice from his/her partner by first stepping away from the toe line; the partner may not advance to the toe line to offer assistance if not asked to do so.

7.3.2Should any player be found to have thrown out of turn during a match that score and any additional scores recorded after that shall be considered null and void. The game shall continue in the proper order of rotation, commencing with the player that should have shot prior to the error occurring.

8.POINTS

8.1Points will be given to each individual player in the SINGLES event according to their position after the elimination round, maximum of sixteen (16) men and sixteen (16) women.  THE REGIONS WHO CHOOSE TO PLAY THE DOUBLES EVENT WILL AWARD POINTS TO THE TOP EIGHT (8) TEAMS (MEN AND WOMEN) ACCORDING TO THEIR POSITION AFTER THE ELIMINATION ROUND.

8.2Breakdown of the points:

ALL OTHER PLAYERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENTS AUTOMATICALLY OBTAIN 2 POINTS FOR PARTICIPATION.

8.3Each regional director must return the completed points sheet, immediately after the last regional tournament, to the Q.D.A. office.

9.To qualify the players for the Provincial Championship:

    1.The region will take the accumulated points from the four singles tournaments (men and women) to determine the players for their team.

OR

2.The region will begin by taking the TOP 2 or TOP 4 TEAMS (this will be left to the discretion of the region) in doubles and the balance of the team will be qualified according to their accumulated points in the singles events.

3.The Regional Director is responsible for the pairing of doubles teams for the Provincial Championship. If a player does not have a partner for the doubles, the QDA will permit him or her to play with a player from another region.

If after the last regional tournament there are players who are tied in points, a play-off must be done to determine their final positions. The play-off will consist of one (1) game 01, 200 points higher than that played in the tournament. All players tied playing concurrently on the same board.

9.1The top sixteen (16) positions (men and women) on the Quebec ranking list have the right to participate in the Provincial Championship without having played the regional tournaments. They must register with their respective regional director for the Provincial Singles by the Deadline date. These players will be added to the sections as "Independent Players".

10.For all Provincial Championships, the dress code will be in effect as defined by the Q.D.A. and no warnings will be given. The person or persons will be notified that they are not properly dressed and are disqualified from the event.

11.LIFETIME MEMBERSHIPS

The nominations must be sent for the month of February in order to present them at the Provincial Championship.

      -Must be an active member for a period of 5 years.

      -Must be an active member at the present time.

      -Their work as a volunteer must have been for the sport of darts for a period of five (5) years.

      -The nominations will be discussed at the executive meeting and passed by vote with a majority of 2/3.

      -A maximum of two (2) cards per year could be presented.

      -If a card is presented to a player, he or she must have been a representative in our province for a period of least five (5) years and have an impeccable record with very good results.

12.TIE-BREAKER RULES

The official tiebreaker rules, as written by the N.D.F.C., will be followed. 

13.SECURITY RULE

In order to prevent accidents and for the player's security, ALL DART BOARDS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET BETWEEN THE CENTER BULLS.

This rule will apply for regional tournaments, provincial tournaments and all Q.D.A. sanctioned events.  

14. Manager of team Québec:

The manager of team Quebec must be perfectly bilingual and have a perfect understanding of the rules and regulations of the NDFC

15.Q.D.A. SANCTIONED TOURNAMENTS

All open tournaments, which are sanctioned by the Quebec Dart Association, must follow the rules and regulations of this Association (article 7.3). [06-08-94]

16.IF TIME PERMITS RULE 

If time permits, there will be a knockout round at the Provincial Championships to determine positions ‘9 – 16’.

In the event that time does not allow us to play the knockout round, the following will apply:

- The first alternate would be the previous year’s Provincial Champion depending on whether he or she have placed 9th to 16th in this event; if not, the 9th to 16th positions would be determined by the players positions on the Quebec Ranking list. In the event that there is a need to go to the top 17-32, the first alternate will be the Provincial champion ( men and ladies) from the previous year depending if they are in the top 32 otherwise we will determine the replacement player by their position on the current ranking list

17.  CLUB MEMBER

Club membership of the Quebec Darts Association shall be open to any Club throughout Quebec as stated in Article 4.5 of the Constitution. 

17.1 A Club Member is a place or a commerce, which implicates itself in the sport of darts, either by participating in the sport or in the distribution of the game. It also supports the sport financially by buying a membership and by posting announcements, which are frequently mailed by the Quebec Darts Association.

17.2 The Q.D.A. has a responsibility to protect every Club Member’s tournament dates that appear on the calendar and to guarantee to each member that no other tournament will take place on that same day with the following exceptions.

17.2.1 The Q.D.A. will list two (2) tournaments on the calendar for the same day only if there is substantial distance between the two clubs, which would be at least 3 hours or more.

17.2.2All Q.D.A. sanctioned tournaments and all weekend tournaments are an exception to rule 
            17.2.1.

17.2.3 Non members will have the right to have tournaments in a QDA club member at the same time as a QDA ranked event . This will not affect anything if the organisers are not members of the QDA. (13 August, 2013) .

17.3Club Members not respecting the rules could find themselves facing a suspension of their club membership (see Article 4.6 of the Constitution) and in any instance where the tournament organizers are Q.D.A. card holders, they may face individual suspensions as well.

18: The members of the regional committee (directors and assistants) cannot be members of               
another dart Association while representing the QDA. This would be a conflict of interest. (Aug 2008)

19.   A PLAYER (MEN AND LADIES) WHO WILL ACCUMULATE THE MOST POINTS IN THE SINGLES EVENTS OF ALL QDA SANCTIONNED TOURNAMENTS WILL RECEIVE AN AMOUNT OF $300.00 PAYABLE AT THE PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE REGIONAL QUALIFIERS.

Les joueurs font le pile ou face
Le gagnant du pile ou face décide s’il tire le centre en premier
Le gagnant du centre débute la 1re partie et les parties impaires (1-3-5-7-9 au besoin)
Le perdant du centre débute les parties paires (2-4-6-8 au besoin)
L’alternance ce fait jusqu’à la fin du match (il n’y a pas de centre lancé à la dernière partie)

Players flip the coin
The winner of the flip has the choice to go first for the Bull.
The winner of the Bull throw shall throw first in the match and all subsequent “odd numbered legs” which will also include the “tie-break” leg if required (1-3-5-7-9 if required)
The loser of the Bull starts “even numbered legs” (2-4-6-8 if required)
